Refund Policy

1. No Refund on Services Rendered

All payments made for services already delivered, in progress, or completed are non-refundable. This includes strategy development, content creation, ad setup, and any time or resources already invested.

2. Advance Payments

Any advance or upfront payments made to initiate a project are non-refundable, as they secure time, resources, and planning dedicated to your project.

3. Monthly Retainers

For ongoing services (such as social media management or advertising):

  • Payments are billed in advance for each cycle

  • Once a billing cycle has started, no refunds will be issued for that period

  • Clients may choose to discontinue services before the next billing cycle with prior notice

4. Project-Based Work

For one-time projects (branding, website design, etc.):

  • Payments are typically milestone-based or upfront

  • Refunds are not applicable once work has commenced

  • If a project is paused or canceled by the client, no refund will be issued for completed or ongoing work

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds, if any, are issued solely at the discretion of Groofle in rare and exceptional circumstances.

6. Third-Party Costs

Any costs incurred for third-party services (such as advertising spend, influencer payments, software subscriptions, or platform fees) are non-refundable.

7. Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Groofle to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of services and potential legal action.
